We are told what to do, how to behave and what to think without ever being asked what we are genuinely interested in.

There are no classes in school on discovering your dharma. In fact, most families don’t even address it. “Follow your dreams” feels like this far-off vision of becoming an astronaut or movie star, then you’re told to now snap into reality and get a 9-5 job you despise. “This is life,” you’re told.

Most of us submit to this indoctrination, working mundane jobs that in no way honor our gifts and that don’t support the greater good of humanity. We are always busy, but feel like we aren’t really getting anything done. We look back on our years, wondering what even happened. And we dread living with that old-age regret of, “I wish I honored my passions when I had the chance..”

I reached a point where I realized that I would rather face uncertainty now than live with the regret of not knowing my potential.

The 10 Day audio course is an intro to opening up to your dharma with more open-ended questions to get to know yourself.

The 21 Day Journey is much more comprehensive, hence why it’s its own stand-alone course. You go through Sahara’s Dharma Blueprint Method in detail in this course and it’s created to give you an actionable understanding of your dharma. No two days, practices or frameworks as the same between the courses. Consider the audio-course an opener and the Dharma Discovery Journey the main act!
